Marketing that earns its next round.
Find the message that matters. Build the identity, content and campaigns around it. Then use what you learn to make the next round better.

Where marketing usually stalls
The message changes every month.
A new offer, a new line, a new look. Nothing runs long enough to tell you whether it worked.
Content without a calendar.
Posts go out when somebody remembers. The campaign, the website and the sales team describe the business differently.
Spend with no read on it.
Money goes into ads every month. What comes back is a dashboard nobody can turn into a decision.
One message. Everything built from it.
Marketing compounds when each round leaves something behind. That only happens if the work is answering the same question every time.
Agree what the business is for, first.
Who it is for, what it is better at, and what it will not chase. The identity, the content and the campaigns are built from that answer rather than assembled around it.
Every campaign carries the question it is meant to answer.
Written down before it runs. The monthly review reports what moved against that question, in your language rather than the platform’s.
Keep what tested well, retire what did not.
A message that worked, a format that performed, a page that converts. The next round starts from those and we stop paying for the rest, including the expensive ones.
AI does the drafts. People approve the work.
We use it for variants, research and first passes, and we say so. Your brand voice is the brief; nothing reaches a customer without a person signing it off.
How a marketing engagement runs.
The first scope is deliberately short. Long enough to read a result, short enough that you are not committed to a year of anything.
Brief
One working session on the business, the customer and the last twelve months. We write back what we heard and you correct it.
Foundations
The message, the identity and the assets the work actually needs to start. Enough to go to market, not a year of discovery.
In market
Content and campaigns on an agreed calendar, with approvals on a rhythm that fits your week rather than ours.
Read and adjust
A monthly review of what ran, what it returned, and what changes next. Including what we recommend stopping.
One named owner.A single person at Brand Wisdom is accountable for the work and answers the phone. That is the whole point of the model.
What is included, and what is not.

The record so far
The receipts we can actually show you.
Tell us what needs attention.
Ask a question first, or describe the work in your own words. A person replies within one working day, and we will tell you if a different service fits better.

Brand Wisdom A person reads every enquiry and replies within one working day.
Tell us what’s going on and we’ll help you work out the next step. A person reads every one of these, and you’ll hear back within one working day.
What should we work on?
Or ask first
No. We agree a first scope with a defined end. Most marketing work needs a few months before it can be read honestly, and if your question needs less than that we will say so.
Yes, and we do it often. What we need before starting is agreement on who owns which decision. We write that down so nobody is waiting on an approval that was never theirs.
You do. Files, ad accounts, domains and analytics stay in your name throughout. If we stop working together, nothing needs to be handed back to you because it was never held anywhere else.
For drafts, variants and research, yes, and we tell you where. A person edits and approves everything that goes out. The point of the AI is that the third draft arrives on the day you asked, not that nobody looks at it.
It depends on the scope, and we would rather scope it than quote a number at you. Tell us the work you need done and we will come back with the deliverables, the responsibilities and the price in writing before anything starts.
We store your answers so we can reply. Read what we keep and why in our privacy notice.
