What this website collects. And how to have it deleted.

Our privacy notice: what the site keeps, why, who handles it for us, and how to ask for it back or removed. Written to be read rather than to be survived.

Who we are

This website is operated by Brand Wisdom Solutions, Office 119, Shoppers Orbit, EIL Rd, Vishrantwadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411015, India. You can reach us at info@brandwisdom.in or +91 96070 10305.

Brand Wisdom Solutions is a proprietorship of Dhananjay Navnath Jagtap, registered at the address above. That is the entity responsible for the data described on this page.

What we collect, and when

You do not have to give us anything to read this website. Information is collected in the ways below, and only these.

1. The enquiry console and the chat

The enquiry console at the foot of the home page, the contact page and most other pages, and the chat bubble in the corner of the screen, work the same way. They store the answers you give: the subject you chose, your description of the work, what a better result would look like, your name and business, an email address or phone number, and, if you ask for a call, when you would like it.

The conversation is saved message by message as you send each answer, before you send the enquiry itself. Choosing a starting question, in the console or with a button elsewhere on a page that leads to it, is saved the same way, as the first message. If you describe the problem and then leave, that description stays with us, without your name or contact details, because those are later questions. We use it to understand what people come to this site needing.

Alongside your answers we store the page you were on, the first page of the site you landed on, the referring website if your browser sent one, any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and the time. That is how we know which page or advert produced an enquiry.

When you send an enquiry, we are notified by email. That email contains your enquiry and the conversation behind it, and it goes only to our own inbox.

2. The “Get in touch” form

The “Get in touch” form, opened by buttons across the site and shown on the contact page, stores what you send with it: the services you picked, your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, and, if you give them, your company, your message, how you would like us to reach you and the best time. We also store the page you were on, which button opened the form, how you arrived (the same details as for the console above) and the time.

Sending it needs you to tick “I agree to the Privacy Policy.” We store when you ticked it and the date of the notice you agreed to. Nothing you type reaches us until you press Send. When you send it, we are notified by email in the same way.

3. Clicks we count

When someone taps the phone number, a WhatsApp link or a link to the enquiry, we record that it happened: which kind of link, which page and which part of the page, the time, and a Google Ads click id if the visit arrived with one. We also record when the enquiry console first comes into view on a page, and when the chat bubble is opened, first used, and receives an enquiry; and when the “Get in touch” form is opened, which step of it is reached, and when it is sent. None of these records carries a name, email address, phone number or anything you typed.

4. Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. GA4 sets cookies in your browser and is subject to Google’s own privacy terms. We have turned off Google Signals and ad personalisation, and we do not use advertising or profiling cookies on this site.

5. Your browser’s session storage

The site keeps a few values in your browser’s session storage: a reference for your enquiry conversation, so a page reload continues the same one rather than starting a second; how you arrived, so a campaign is not lost when you move between pages; whether the chat panel is open; and what you have typed into the “Get in touch” form, so it is still there if you close the form or change page. That draft stays in your browser and is removed once the form is sent. All of these are cleared when you close the tab.

6. Sage, on WhatsApp

Sage is our AI agent on WhatsApp. It is software, not a person. The “Ask Sage” boxes on this site do not send anything to us: they open WhatsApp with the words you typed filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Every WhatsApp link on this site opens a chat with Sage in the same way. The phone number on this site is the line a person answers.

Once you message Sage, your messages travel through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own terms. Sage reads and answers them using an AI model provider, keeps a log of every conversation in a Google Sheet, and can book a meeting into our Google Calendar if you ask it to. As with any WhatsApp chat, your WhatsApp number is visible to us.

Why we hold it

  • To reply to you. This is the main reason and the only one that involves your name or contact details. We reply within one working day.
  • To understand what the site is asked for. Which pages produce enquiries, what people describe as their problem, and which campaign brought them. This is how the site gets better.
  • To keep a record of what was agreed. Where an enquiry becomes a piece of work, the brief is part of that record.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not use it to train a model.

Who handles it for us

These companies process the data on our behalf, for the purposes above and no other.

Convex, Vercel, Resend, Google and Meta are United States companies, and what you send through this website or to Sage is stored and processed outside India. If you would like the specific regions confirmed in writing before you send us anything, ask at info@brandwisdom.in and we will tell you.

How long we keep it

An enquiry, its conversation and a Sage conversation are kept until you ask us to delete them. We have not set a fixed period after which they are removed automatically, and we would rather tell you that than print a number we have not decided. So the right below is the one that matters here: ask, and it is deleted.

We will delete it unless we are required to keep a record for a legal or accounting reason. Ask by email and we will confirm when it is done. Messages in WhatsApp itself also sit under WhatsApp’s own terms.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it;
  • correct or complete anything that is wrong or out of date;
  • erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for;
  • withdraw your consent, after which we stop using it for that purpose, though it does not undo what was already done;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Email info@brandwisdom.in and say what you would like. We do not charge for any of this and we will not ask you to explain why.

Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first and we will try to fix it. Grievances come to the proprietor, Dhananjay Navnath Jagtap, at tools@brandwisdom.in. Put “Grievance” in the subject line and you will have a reply within one working day. You can also call +91 96070 10305.

If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is for businesses and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we change this page and its date. Where the change is significant we will say so at the top.

Read the terms of use.
