Brand Wisdom Solutions is a proprietorship of Dhananjay Navnath Jagtap. “We” and “us” in these terms mean that entity.
What the content is
The pages here describe services we offer and how we approach them. They are written to help you decide whether to talk to us. They are not advice (marketing, technical, legal, medical, financial or otherwise), and nothing on this site should be acted on as if it were advice about your particular situation.
We keep the site accurate and we correct things when we find them wrong. We do not promise that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it.
Illustrative examples
Examples on this site are illustrations, not client results. Some sections show made-up pieces of work, such as a campaign for a brand that does not exist, a service agreement or a work plan, to show how the parts of a process fit together. The brand names, dates, messages and numbers in them are invented.
Where we describe our own work (the products and systems on the results page), those are real and live, and most can be opened. They describe what we have built, not a forecast or a promise about your results.
Sending us an enquiry
The enquiry console and the chat store what you write so that we can reply. The privacy notice says exactly what is kept and for how long. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through them. Describe the shape of the problem and we will agree a proper channel before you send anything that matters.
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, a retainer or a professional relationship, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. Work begins when a scope is agreed in writing.
Quotes, scope and price
There are no prices on this site, because the scope comes first. Anything we say about cost is in a written scope for your work, and only that document is binding.
Our material
The text, design, images, code and structure of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read it, print it and quote it with attribution. Please do not republish it as your own, and do not use it to train a model without asking us first.
Third-party names on this site are their owners’ trade marks and appear for identification only.
Links out
Where we link to somewhere else (WhatsApp, a client, a tool), we are not responsible for what is on the other end, and linking to it is not an endorsement of everything there.
Availability and liability
We would like the site always to work and cannot promise it. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using, or being unable to use, this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top is when it last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated version.
